TERMS & CONDITIONS
REFERRALS
1. Referrals are only paid out to South African citizens with a valid ID document.
2. Referrals are only paid to South African citizens over the age of 18.
3. Referrals will only be paid out on the 1st day of the next month after the booking was made.
4. Pay outs will only be made to the referring parties bank account (no account, no pay).
5. A person will only be considered as a referral if he/she is mentioned as a referral in the first dialogue between Buzzing Travel & Tours and the potential customer.
6. The referring parties name and contact number must be filled into the quotation request for him/her to be eligible for a pay out.
7. Persons traveling together or on the same tour or flight may not refer each other.
8. Immediate family members may not refer each other.
9. If a referring party cannot be reached for a period of 30 days, he/she will forfeit his/her referral cash.
Once contacted, the referring party must supply us with a copy of his/her south African id document, passport or drivers license within a period of 14 days or he/she will forfeit their referral cash.
10. A maximum of R20,000.00 per calendar year will be paid to a specific referring party.
11. There is no set amount per referral.
12. The amount paid is at the sole discretion of the management of Buzzing Travel & Tours with a minimum of R50.00 and a maximum of R1000.00
13. Regrettably, we cannot offer referral cash on the sale of domestic flights only.
FREE STUFF
1. Free visas and travel insurance only applies to tours put together by Buzzing Travel & Tours.
2. For tours/packages sold on behalf of other tour operators, only the “included” stuff as per the tour itinerary will be supplied.
3. Visa assistance and travel insurance can be arranged for a nominal fee if not included in the package of other tour operators.
4. Goodie Bags are only valid for customers booking a sport package or Buzzing Travel & Tours package.
5. For all other packages linked to other tour operators, the customer may or may not receive a free gift.
6. Free delivery of travel documents only applies to the Gauteng area.
7. For all other areas, there may or may not be a delivery charge depending on the bookings made and at the sole discretion of the management of Buzzing Travel & Tours.
PRICING
1. All prices are subject to change without notification.
2. Prices may increase due to currency fluctuations.
3. A price is only confirmed when full payment is received.
4. Where specified, all our prices are inclusive of all taxes, surcharges and levies.
5. Buzzing Travel & Tours reserves the right to withdraw any package/tour at the sole discretion of the management of Buzzing Travel & Tours.
6. Airfare prices are only an indication and may change without notice.
7. Until full payment is received, pricing is subject to change due to supplier increases or currency fluctuations.
8. Suppliers may increase pricing without prior notice resulting in an increase in our pricing.
DEPOSITS
1. A minimum deposit of 25% is payable on making the reservation.
2. Some products may require an additional deposit amount to cover supplier cancellation fees.
3. Should a deposit not be received on time, Buzzing Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice.
4. Deposits are non refundable.
PAYMENT
1. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to departure.
2. If travel date is less than 30 days from date of booking, full payment will need to be received on booking.
3. Payments can be made using the following.
• Electronic transfer.
• Bank guaranteed cheque.
• Credit card.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
1. After full payment is received, cancellation fees will be a minimum of 25% plus cancellation costs of the relevant tour operator.
2. Cancellation fees will be 100% if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to departure.
3. Deposit fees are non refundable.
4. Some airline tickets are non refundable.
5. Refund amounts are dependant on the tour operators or airlines used in your booking and may vary between suppliers.
6. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure.
7. A 100% refund will be issued if a package or tour is cancelled.
8. Cancellation fees may be upto 100% of the value of your booking.
OTHER
1. Buzzing Travel & Tours uses a large base of suppliers. We abide to all their terms and conditions. We cannot list all our supplier t&c’s but it is available and will be supplied on request.
2. Terms and conditions of the relevant tour operator or airline will apply above the Buzzing travel & tours terms & conditions.
3. Hotels may be substituted for a hotel of a similar class.
4. All rates are per person sharing and single supplements will apply.
5. Any complaints regarding a tour must be directed to the relevant tour operator or airline.
6. Buzzing travel & tours only sells products for tour operators and airlines and thus cannot he held liable for poor delivery or even non delivery of service.
7. Buzzing travel & tours will try to mediate between passenger and tour operator/airline in the event of complaints arising.
8. Errors & omissions exempt (E&OE).
